14 3/4 oz  canned salmon
0 1/2 cup  salsa
12 each  corn tortilla
6 oz  refried beans
0 1/4 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cup  fresh red cabbage, chopped
0 3/4 cup  chopped tomato
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put the tortillas on sheet pans and evenly spread equal amounts of the beans and cheese on each.
  3. Bake in oven until the cheese is melted (5-8 minutes).
  4. Mix the salmon and salsa together and put an equal amount on each tortilla after baking. Top with diced tomatoes and cabbage or lettuce.
  5. Fold the tortillas over and serve.
