0.6667 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
4 tbsp  mango chutney
1 tsp  garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt and pepper
8 each  small onions
16 each  baby corn
2 each  medium zucchini
16 each  button mushrooms
12 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
  1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, chutney, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Boil water in a pan and add onions, when it returns to a boil, drain.
  2. Arrange the onions, corn, zucchini, mushrooms, and tomatoes on 8 metal skewers.
  3. Put the kabobs on a broiler pan and glaze with yogurt mixture. Broil 10 minutes, or until golden and tender turning the kabobs often.
