8 oz  Mushrooms, fresh, medium
1 each  cooking spray
2 tsp  sesame oil
1 lb  Pea Pods, Chinese snow, fresh, whole
1 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 cup  Bamboo Shoots, slices, drained, 303 can
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp  sugar
0 1/4 tsp  cornstarch
0 1/4 tsp  chicken bouillon
0 1/4 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds
  1. Chop off the mushroom stems and discard.
  2. Add sesame oil to a large nonstick skillet coated in cooking spray.
  3. Heat skillet on medium high. When hot add the mushrooms, snow peas, carrots, bamboo shoots, and garlic. Saute vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Mix the water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, chicken bouillon, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Pour mixture into vegetables and continue to cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over vegetables before serving.
