10 oz  frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 oz  fresh mint
1 cup  sour cream
1 pinch  black pepper
Directions
  1. Remove spinach from package, drain water until completely dry.
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
