3 each  low carb tortilla (10-inch)
1 each  cooking spray
4 oz  ground turkey
0.6667 cup  salsa
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion
2 oz  shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice each tortilla into 12 pieces and lightly spray each one with cooking spray.
  3. Place the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 5 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
  4. In a small nonstick skillet cook the ground turkey until browned stirring constantly. Drain the fat and then add in the salsa.
  5. Take the cooked meat mixture and pour over the tortilla wedges. Add green onion and cheese.
  6. Put the tortilla wedges back in the oven for another 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese has melted.
