0 1/2 cup  cornmeal
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/4 tsp  salt
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
2 tbsp  sugar
1 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  whole milk
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
2 tbsp  chopped red bell peppers
2 tbsp  chopped green bell peppers
Directions
  1. In large bowl, stir together first five ingredients. In medium bowl, beat together remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients and blend quickly.
  2. Turn into greased muffin tin and bake in a 400 degrees F oven until lightly golden, about 15-20 minutes.
