4 each  large apples
2 1/2 cup  fresh cranberries
0 3/4 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  nutmeg, ground
0.125 cup  allspice, ground, dried
0.125 cup  cardamom, ground
1 each  ready-to-use graham pie crust
  1. Stir all ingredients except crust together in a medium sized mixing bowl and place in a 10-inch deep dish pie pan.
  2. Place one pie crust on top of the fruits. Cut 3 or 4 slits to allow the steam to escape.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for about an hour.
  4. Serve warm with a slice of pie crust over top of the fruit. Refrigerate any leftovers.
