1 each  cooking spray
1 lb  raw medium shrimp
0.3333 cup  Bread Crumbs, plain, grated, dry
1 tsp  dried parsley
0 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
0.125 tsp  salt
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 4 individual baking dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Divide shrimp between the dishes; set aside.
  2. Combine the bread crumbs, parsley, lemon rind, salt, and garlic in a bowl; stir in lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the shrimp.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until shrimp are done and the bread crumb mixture is lightly browned.
