2 1/2 cup  lowfat milk
0 1/2 cup  Cherries, tart, montmorency, dried
0 1/2 cup  Raisins, golden, seedless
0 1/2 cup  fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  salt
3 each  eggs
10 piece  Bread, egg, slice
1 each  cooking spray
2 tbsp  sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. In bowl, mix first nine ingredients.
  3. Add challah cubes and coat with mixture. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Spray 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray, then pour challah mixture into dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes or until pudding is set. Let stand 15 minutes.
