2 tbsp  powdered whole milk
2 tsp  Gum, xanthan
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  unflavored gelatin
1 tsp  italian seasoning

1 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  cider vinegar
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  4. Coat 12" pizza pan or 11" x 7" baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Place dough on pan. Sprinkle with rice flour. Press dough into pan, sprinkling with additional rice flour to keep dough from sticking to hands.

  7. Return to oven. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
