0 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
32 oz  Peas, baby, frozen
1/2 cup  red onion
3 each  large hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp  chopped parsley
  1. In small glass bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make dressing.
  2. Chop hard boiled eggs and finely chop red onion. Place in separate medium bowl and add peas.
  3. Add dressing to pea mixture. Blend well.
  4. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Garnish with parsley.
