2 cup  fresh cauliflower
2 cup  Broccoli, fresh
0.3333 cup  Onion, yellow, fresh, sliced
1 tsp  garlic salt
1 cup  fresh mushroom slices
3 tbsp  light Miracle Whip
1 tbsp  whole milk
  1. Rinse the cauliflower, broccoli, and onion. Slice them all evenly. Sprinkle the garlic salt over the vegetables. Toss lightly and place them in a covered container in the refrigerator. Let sit one hour.
  2. Drain the cauliflower/broccoli mixture fully; mix in the sliced mushrooms.
  3. Mix together the salad dressing and milk. Pour over the vegetable mixture. Mix lightly.
