0 1/2 cup  Sour Cream, nonfat
2 oz  low fat cream cheese
7 tsp  fat free milk
3 each  stevia packet
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
6 each  Banana, medium, fresh
  1. Place all the ingredients (except the nutmeg and bananas) in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Place 2 tbsp of cheese mixture into each of six small refrigerator-proof containers. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional). Cover the containers and refrigerate.
  3. When ready to serve, peel bananas and dip into the sauce.
