  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Take the marinara sauce and spread over each of the pita breads.
  3. Place the pizzas on a cookie sheet.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, broccoli, and peppers and stir fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Take the sautéed vegetables and place over the pizzas.
  6. Using the same frying pan, put the turkey on it until completely cooked (no pink should remain).
  7. Divide the turkey evening between the pizzas.
  8. Add cheese to each pita/pizza and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
