1 1/2 lb  swordfish fillets
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  olive oil

0 1/4 cup  white wine
4 each  fresh tomatoes
3 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  scallions
2 tsp  fresh thyme
  1. With lemon juice and olive oil marinate the swordfish for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Heat the wine in a heavy skillet.
  3. When the wine begins to boil, add the garlic and scallions. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and thyme to the mix. Boil together and then let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Grill or broil the swordfish for 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Once the fish is completed, add the tomato sauce on top.
