Ingredients Directions
  1. Over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
  2. Once boiled, add onions and garlic and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add the dry lentils and bulgur and stir.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Let the soup settle for 30 minutes (make sure the lentils are tender).
