10 oz  Crackers, graham, chocolate
0.6667 cup  chopped dates
0 1/4 cup  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
3 tbsp  coffee liqueur
2 tbsp  fat free milk
0.3333 cup  chopped pecans
  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl and add cookies. Process until mixture is a fine powder.
  2. With processor running, add dates and next 3 ingredients to processor bowl through food chute blending just until smooth.
  3. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls and roll in pecans.
  4. Cover and chill.
