10 oz  Spinach, frozen
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 oz  fresh mint
1 cup  reduced fat sour cream
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Let the packaged spinach defrost. Once defrosted, drain all the water until spinach is completely dry.
  2. Add all ingredients to the spinach and mix together. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with bread, crackers, vegetables, pita wedges, or breadsticks.
