  1. Brown pork cubes in hot skillet.
  2. Mix pork, carrots, broth, and teriyaki in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
  3. Mix cornstarch with reserved pineapple juice and stir into pork mixture.
  4. Stir in pineapple and green pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
