Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add salsa and preserves to pan, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice, if desired.
