16 oz  whole canned peaches, with juice
0 3/4 cup  cider vinegar
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
0 1/2 cup  minced onion
1 each  medium apples
0 1/2 oz  pickling spice
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Chop peaches coarsely. Combine with remaining ingredients in large saucepan; simmer 20 minutes or until thickened slightly.
  2. Cool and cover until serving. Serve cold or at room temperature.
