1 tbsp  sesame oil
0 1/2 lb  Pork, roast, top loin, raw
0.125 tsp  fresh ginger root
6 cup  cold water
1 oz  Bouillon, chicken, sodium free, instant packet
0 1/2 cup  sliced carrots
0 3/4 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0 1/4 each  fresh green onions
1 pinch  fresh cilantro
  1. Heat sesame oil in a medium skillet.
  2. Add pork and ginger; saute over medium heat 3-4 minutes.
  3. Drain pork and set aside.
  4. Bring water to a boil in a 4-quart Dutch oven; stir in granules.
  5. Add carrots, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms, green onion, and pork and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Ladle into individual serving bowls.
  8. Top each serving with a sprig of cilantro, if desired.
