0.6667 cup  white whole wheat flour
0 3/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  baking powder
1 each  eggs
1 cup  sour cream
0 1/2 cup  SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  butter
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix egg, sour cream, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. In separate large mixing bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Add flour mix to wet ingredients. Mix well by hand or with electric mixer.
  5. Coat 9" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  6. Transfer batter to prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until fork inserted into center comes out clean.
