1 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
0.3333 cup  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  cooking sherry
0 1/4 tsp  sugar
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  walnut halves
  1. Slice pork across the grain, as thinly as possible. This is easy to do if pork is partially frozen. Slices should be about 1/16-inch thick.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together ginger, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, and garlic then add pork and marinate 30 minutes.
  3. Move pork slices to a flat surface.
  4. Place a walnut half on each; roll up.
  5. Put pork nuggets seam side down on broiler pan; broil 4 inches from heat about 4 minutes on one side only.
  6. Makes about 40-50 servings.
