8 piece  Pineapple, slices, with juice, canned
2 tbsp  molasses
0.3333 cup  Margarine, 80% fat
0.3333 cup  honey
2 each  egg whites
1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Place pineapple rings on the bottom on the pan. Reserve juice. Pour molasses over the pineapple.
  4. Mix together margarine, honey, and egg whites in a separate bowl. Add water to reserved pineapple juice to make 3/4 cup liquid.
  5. Pour juice/water mix and the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter mixture over the pineapple
  7. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and serve.
