12 oz  Bison, ground, raw
0 1/2 each  medium onions
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
7 tbsp  Catsup
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 each  eggs
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl mix together the bison, onion, parsley, 4 tablespoons of catsup, Worcestershire, egg, salt and pepper. Pour in some breadcrumbs and blend
  3. Take the 12 ounce meat and form in a small loaf. Pour the remaining 3 tablespoons of catsup on top.
  4. Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes.
