0 1/4 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp  cornstarch
1 1/2 cup  whole milk
0.3333 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0.125 tsp  ground cinnamon
4 each  rainbow sprinkles
Directions
  1. In medium-sized bowl or 1-quart glass measure mix together cocoa powder and cornstarch. Slowly add milk and stir with a wire whisk until blended well.
  2. Place the mixture in the microwave at high for 2 minutes. Stir.
  3. Put mixture back into the microwave at medium-high (70% power) for 3 ½ to 4 ½ minutes or until thickened, make sure to stir every 1 ½ minutes.
  4. Add sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon and stir occasionally.
  5. Let settle for 5 minutes and then serve (can serve either warm or chilled).
  6. If desired, top pudding with candies.
