  1. Take a teaspoon of the honey mustard and spread evenly over one tortilla.
  2. Take the 2 cheese halves, half of turkey, half of shredded carrots and half of torn lettuce and place on tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortilla and cut it in half. Repeat process with second tortilla.
