  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges and lightly spray each one with cooking spray.
  3. Place the wedges on a ungreased baking sheet and bake for 5 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp
  4. In a small nonstick skillet cook the ground turkey until browned (make sure the turkey it constantly being stirred). Drain the fat and then add in the salsa.
  5. Take the cooked meat mixture and pour over the tortilla wedges. Add some green onion and cheese.
  6. Place the tortilla wedges back to the oven for another 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
