  1. In a food processor or blender mix /blend together orange juice concentrate, milk, vanilla and Equal (process until smooth).
  2. Add in 8 ice cubes and continue blending until smooth.
  3. Pour into small glasses and serve. Also, if desired, sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon
