6 each  medium apples
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 1/4 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
0 1/4 cup  whole wheat flour
2 tbsp  honey
1 oz  unsweetened apple juice frozen concentrate
2 tbsp  canola oil
2 tbsp  cold water
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Shake the lemon juice and spices over the apples.
  3. Place the apples in a casserole dish
  4. Mix together the oats and flour in a bowl. Stir, then slowly add the honey, apple juice concentrate, oil and water. Keep stirring until the mixture resembles crumbs and is moist
  5. Lightly sprinkle the crumb mix over the apples
  6. Bake for 30 minutes (make sure the crumb toppings are browned and the apple is soft)
