0.3333 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup  heavy whipping cream
0 1/4 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
2 tbsp  cornstarch
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 cup  evaporated skim milk
1 each  raw egg yolks
3 tsp  vanilla extract
Directions
  1. In small saucepan, mix cocoa powder, sweetener, cornstarch, ginger, allspice, and cinnamon.
  2. Slowly stir in milk, cream, and egg yolk.
  3. Cook mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  4. Remove saucepan from heat and add vanilla.
  5. Pour pudding into 4 custard dishes.
  6. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Serve.
