1 cup  Apples, fresh, sliced, USDA Commodity Commodity
0 1/2 cup  dried apricot halves
0 1/2 cup  Raisins, with o seeds, unpacked cup
1 cup  Pears, fresh, sliced
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/2 cup  brandy
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  honey
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl mix together ALL of the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mix in a casserole dish and bake for about 20 minutes (fruit should be soft).
