1 1/2 lb  top sirloin steak, lean
1 tbsp  black peppercorns
0 1/2 cup  Dressing, mayonnaise, reduced calorie, cholesterol free
0 1/4 cup  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  capers
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Place the peppercorn into the top sides of the sirloin.
  2. Place steak on grill - for rare about 12 to 13 minutes
  3. -for medium about 15 to 16 minutes
  4. -for well done 18 minutes
  5. Take the sirloin and cut into thin slices.
  6. In a small bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients and serve it with the steak
