1 1/2 lb  lean ground beef (10% fat)
2 tbsp  cold water
1 pinch  salt and pepper

6 tbsp  crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  1. Combine the water, pepper and salt and mix together with the ground sirloin.
  2. Shape the mixed sirloin into 12 small patties.
  3. Pour 1 Tbsp of desired filling onto each of 6 of the patties. Then top those 6 patties with the remaining six, patties, making sure the edges are sealed.
  4. Have the outdoor grill prepared: have an oil rack 4 inches above the coal and have gas set at a high heat.
  5. If you want it rare cook for 5-6 minutes, for medium 7-9 minutes and for well done 10-12 minutes.
