Ingredients Directions
  1. Over medium-high heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the peppers to the frying pan and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chili powder and ground turkey and cook (make sure turkey is no longer pink).
  4. Pour in the tomatoes and corn and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Take the turkey mixture and put some of it into each heated tortilla wrap. Roll up.
  6. Serve the tortilla wrap warm and with 2 Tbsp of salsa.
