1 cup  whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
0 1/4 cup  Cheese, parmesan, grated
2 tsp  ground oregano
2 tsp  dried basil
1 tsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
1 1/2 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp  olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a plastic bag mix together all the ingredients except the chicken and oil. Add the chicken cubes to the plastic bag and shake well.
  3. Place the chicken cubes on a nonstick cookie sheet. Either lightly spray olive oil from a bottle or sprinkle olive oil over the chicken.
  4. Bake the chicken cubes for about 10 minutes.
