0 1/4 cup  orange juice
2 tbsp  sesame oil
2 tsp  sesame seeds
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
3 tbsp  chopped scallions
  1. In resealable plastic bag, combine orange juice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger root, and scallions.
  2. Place tuna into plastic bag. Seal bag, turn to coat tuna, and refrigerater 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium.
  4. Remove tuna from bag and discard marinade. Grill tuna 4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Cook until ready to serve.
