1 tbsp  peanut oil
1 each  medium red bell peppers
4 oz  yellow bell pepper strips
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 each  fresh asparagus
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 lb  large scallops
0 1/2 lb  sea bass fillet
0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
2 tsp  sugar
3 cup  cooked white rice
  1. In a wok, heat the oil over high heat.
  2. Add peppers and onions to the heated oil and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
  5. Add the seafood, cover the wok and then steam for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar, and add to the wok.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes more, and serve over rice.
