Ingredients Directions
  1. With lemon juice and olive oil marinate the swordfish for 10 minutes at room temperature
  2. Heat the wine in a heavy skillet
  3. When the wine begins to boil add the garlic and scallions. Sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add the tomatoes and thyme to the mix. Boil together and then let simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Grill or broil the swordfish for 3-4 minutes per side
  6. Once the fish is completed, add the tomato sauce on top
