Ingredients Directions
  1. In a blender combine the walnut oil, vinegar, parsley, and scallions. Blend for 15 seconds.
  2. Put the artichoke hearts into the dressing and refrigerate
  3. Place the romaine and endive lettuce on individual plates.
  4. In a star pattern, place the grapefruit sections overt the lettuce. Evenly top with the artichokes and dressing.
