Dressing
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp  red wine vinegar
1 tbsp  orange juice
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tsp  grated orange peel
1 pinch  salt and pepper

Salad
4 cup  fresh chopped arugula
2 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, rings
0 1/2 each  fresh cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp  sesame seeds
Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine all the dressing ingredients and blend them together.
  2. Toss all the ingredients for the salad in a salad bowl. Add in the dressing.
  3. Serve on salad plate and add toasted sesame seeds.
