1 1/2 cup  yellow cornmeal
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
1 cup  Yogurt, vanilla, low fat
2 each  eggs
1 tbsp  brown sugar
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients together and mix.
  2. Cook on a griddle over medium heat, until both sides are brown (about 5-7 minutes).
