1 lb  Pork, chop/roast, center loin, raw
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  ground ginger
1 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/4 cup  rice vinegar
1 cup  light soy milk
0 1/4 cup  unsalted tomato paste
2 each  honey
1 tbsp  tabasco sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and pork together to form 2 inch meatballs.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  4. Put meatballs in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Combine sauce and meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes.
