10 oz  Spinach, chopped, frozen
2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  fresh mint
1 cup  fat free sour cream
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Let the packaged spinach defrost. Once defrosted, drain all the water until spinach is completely dry.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the spinach and mix together by hand. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with bread, crackers, vegetables, pita wedges, or breadsticks.
