1 each  medium garlic cloves
3 cup  fresh chopped spinach
1 tbsp  butter
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  kosher salt
  1. In medium skillet heat butter and oil on high for approximately 2 minutes.
  2. Turn burner to off. Add sliced garlic.
  3. Immediately add spinach and toss, seasoning with salt (optional) and pepper as you go.
  4. While spinach is still slightly raw and full textured, remove from pan and serve.
