1 cup  napa cabbage
0 1/4 cup  sliced carrots
0 1/2 cup  Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices
0 1/2 each  medium red bell peppers
3 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste. Allow to macerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
