1 lb  ground turkey, 7% fat, raw
1 each  eggs
0 3/4 cup  Oats, rolled, old fashioned
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
2 tbsp  minced onion
0 1/2 tsp  garlic salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
  1. Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill. Combine all ingredients except buns in a bowl. Divide turkey into 6 equal portions, shaping into patties ½-inch thick.
  2. Grill 7 minutes on each side or until done.
