4 oz  Baking Chocolate, unsweetened, square
0 1/2 cup  unsweetened applesauce
2 each  eggs
2 cup  sugar
0.3333 cup  vegetable oil
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 cup  white all purpose flour
  1. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Let cool about 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In large bowl, combine melted chocolate, applesauce, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Gently mix flour into chocolate mixture until well blended.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly with finger. Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.
