3 lb  Pork, roast, top loin, raw
0 1/2 cup  dijon mustard
0 1/4 cup  Bourbon, 86 proof
0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove pork from marinade (discard marinade) and place on medium-hot grill over in direct heat; close grill hood and grill for about 1 - 1 1/4 hours until internal temperature (measured with a meat thermometer) reads 155 degrees F.
  3. Remove pork from grill, let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
